At 143, we reimagine strength training through the lens of Pilates. Our sessions focus on slow, intentional movements that build deep core control, flexibility, and sustainable power. With small class formats and certified coaches, every session is tailored to help you move with precision.
We train power, control, rhythm, and endurance using three formats inside the Arena:
M1 — Motionformer Pilates
Slow, controlled strength training for balance, power, and core stability.
R1 — Reformer Pilates
Precision-based conditioning that builds strength, length, and alignment.
MP1 — Mat Pilates
Foundations, breathwork, control, and deep core activation.
Every class is coach-led, technique-focused, and designed to help you train like an athlete.
