About the Plan
Founding Member Act I gives you a full month to live inside the Arena. You train as often as you choose, balance strength work with recovery, and get your routine locked in from the start. With sauna access and Mini Arena included, this plan sets the tone for how you want your training year to feel.
This plan is perfect if:
- You want the freedom to train whenever you like for 30 days.
- Your schedule lets you come to the studio at least three times a week.
- You want sauna and recovery to sit inside your routine, not outside it.
- You want to feel what a full 143 month of movement actually looks like.

What types of services do you offer?
We offer movement-based training across our Arena zones — M1 Strength Pilates, R1 Reformer, MP1 Mat Pilates, B1 Barre, plus S1 Sauna, 1:1 Coaching, the 143 Café, and the Mini Arena for kids. Everything we do is built around strength, rhythm, recovery, and community.
Do I need any experience before joining a class?
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice, our programs are designed for all bodies and all stages. Just show up, we’ll meet you where you are.
How do I get started?
Easy. Join the waitlist to get early access to founding membership perks and class packs. Once we launch, you’ll be able to book directly through our app or in-studio. Until then, follow us on Instagram for behind-the-scenes and updates.
Are your programs available online or in-person?
Our Lagos flagship will launch with in-person sessions. Digital access like on-demand programs and virtual coaching will be available in future phases for our remote and hybrid members. We’re building for where you are and where you’re going.
